Are You Ready to Join Our International Team?
-Why STEAR?-

Would you like to make a real impact on the discussions shaping the future of Europe and Asia? Are you keen to work with a diverse international team as part of a multinational think tank? Do you have experience working in a think tank, or are you looking to gain policy experience?

Here at STEAR, we are looking to change the future of Europe-Asia relations, and with that change the world. We recognise that young people today are expected to do more in less time than ever before. We want you to see the opportunity of working for us as more than another name on the CV, and want to help you grow as a professional and as a person - and have some fun along the way.

Of course, as part of STEAR you have the opportunity to be part of a growing and ambitious think tank, producing high quality content as the first youth Asia-Europe think tank. You get to be part of a dynamic network with young people from across the world, and to work with them on projects of your choosing. We believe in community-based and community-led learning. You won't be asked so much to participate in a project, but to innovate and to create one.

As well as the network and the experience, we are also keen to offer you a professional development programme, through our unique events and our training programmes.

Make sure to check out our recruitment FAQs if you have any questions!
