Koen Le-Huai Donatz
Koen was born in Taiwan, but grew up in the Netherlands. He is currently working at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Financial Trainee, working at the intersection of security policy and finance. Previously, Koen obtained master degrees in China and Globalisation from King’s College London, International Security from the VU Amsterdam and International Relations from the University of Amsterdam. Koen joined STEAR in October 2021 as Secretary-General and became Co-President in August 2022. He aims to continue to promote youth voices in policy-making and culture in Eurasia via STEAR.

Yusril Nurhidayat
Co-President
Yusril, originally from Indonesia, has lived, studied, and worked in over 21 countries. He graduated with distinction from NYU Abu Dhabi with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Research and Public Policy. Yusril is interested in the employment of performing arts for social equity and ultimately transnational activism. He is currently working as a Business and Culture Strategist for the biggest company in East Indonesia and is affiliated as a researcher with the NYU Anthropocene Research Kitchen. Given his passion for youth empowerment, Yusril has been involved in 10+ cross-regionals youth collaborations. Previously, he served as the VP of Internal Affairs for STEAR.
Konstantin Ehrhardt
Vice President for Organisational Development & Growth
Konstantin is a dual Master's degree candidate in Public Policy & Management at HEC Paris and Freie Universität Berlin. He has held leadership positions in various student organisations and gained work experience in public sector consulting, development cooperation and government affairs. Having lived, worked and studied across Europe and Asia, he follows developments in Asia-Europe relations with great interest and pursues a purposeful, international career at the intersection of business and politics. Konstantin now aims to further position STEAR as diverse, inclusive think tank and expand its international footprint and impact.
Chiara Frittitta
Chiara Frittitta is the Vice-President for Internal Affairs at STEAR. She is a 25 years old Sicilian based alternately in Siracusa (IT) and Cambridge (UK). Prior to this role she wrote a policy brief aimed at the European Union as one of CEPS 30 young thinkers. She has a background in International Studies with an area specialization in Europe and has done field research in Morocco. During her postgraduate degree in Gendering Practices at Gothenburg University, she enhanced her knowledge on diversity and inclusion rights, in addition to elaborating on her gender and LGBTQI+ policymaking skills.

Francis is working at Bloomberg and graduated from the London School of Economics. He has a strong academic interest between the relations of Europe and Asia. His particular interest is with China and the European Union. He was the Conference Director in the previous term and organised the annual conference. He enjoys learning from different cultures and always open to listen to any exchange related to international relations.

Vice President for External Affair
Beatrice Germozzi is from Italy and she has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a Minor in European Peace and Security Studies at the Brussels School of Governance. She joined STEAR last year as a Brussels Chapter Officer and for this year she's excited to be covering the position of Events Co-Director. She is currently taking a gap year to prepare her applications for a Master’s degree, to further specialize in East Asian Studies.
Beatrice Germozzi
Events Co-Director
Kevin Gramegna is 26 years old, from Italy and holding the Events Co-Director position at STEAR. He is currently a law student in the University of Bologna, specialising in public and international law. He absolved an Erasmus+ semester at the University of Liège and stayed in Brussel, Belgium for an internship. He recently concluded sucessfully an internship at the Cosulate General of Italy in Chongqing, China.

Sakshi Chandrasekhar
Sakshi graduated with a Master’s in Global Affairs from King’s College London and currently works in Investigations. She was born in India and raised in Hong Kong, and as a result, she brings with her an appreciation of the diversity of Asian-ness, which she hopes to highlight in her role as Editor-In-Chief. Sakshi has worked in the United States Congress, non-profit organisations, human rights law firms, and academia. At STEAR, Sakshi hopes to further the mission of diversity and inclusion and provide a platform for Asian and European youth to shape their futures.

Fatima Umar
Fatima has recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with BS in Peace and Conflict Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad. She was born and raised in Pakistan. She has a vast record of publishing research and opinion articles for various research and media platforms, which vouches for her editorial and research skills. Previously, she served STEAR as an Associate Editor. As a board member, she aims to bridge the gaps between Asian and European youth by empowering and connecting them through the art of research and policy writing.

Floriane Maï-Khanh Le Goff
Floriane was born in Vietnam, raised in France, lived for 6 years in Sweden and is now located in England to qualify as lawyer. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from Stockholm University and specializes in international cooperation, international security and Asian politics. Prior to join the board, she was part of the External Affairs portfolio as part of the Partnership Team for STEAR. Additionally, she has held diverse leadership positions for youth-led organization and projects in Scandinavia.

Khanh-Thuong Nguyen Pham
Thuong Pham is from Vietnam and currently working as a analyst for an international bank. With a degree in International Finance from Foreign Trade University and having actively engaged with student associations and NGOs, she brings a wealth of experience in communications including content creation, graphic design and social behaviors into her position STEAR. As a Communications Co-Director, she aims to foster insightful and cross-cultural dialogues among Europe-Asia youth. Previously, Thuong joined as a Creative Assistant within Communications portfolio.

Lucas Volmich
Lucas is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business at the University of Zurich, and has a strong interest in Asian-European relations. As a Japanese, Luxembourgish, German national and having lived in several different countries in Europe and Asia, he has a very international background and experience. As former Treasurer of his school’s Student Council, he brings invaluable experience to the position of Treasurer at STEAR and aims to enhance STEAR’s impact on bridging the gap between Europe and Asia’s youth.
